Menopause Resources
Read more about the definition of menopause here and tap into the resources on this page. This is not an exhaustive list and it contains personal recommendations for learning that I have found to be beneficial. Please note that not all opinions found in these resources necessarily reflect my own. Not medical advice.
I would be honoured to be your guide.

A Menopause Cafe is a discussion group, open to all ages and genders: no talks, no experts, and where topics are chosen by participants. It is a not-for-profit event that aims to be accessible to anyone in the community.
Book a Menopause Cafe with me as your group's facilitator. Or, put your name on the list for my next Menopause Cafe in Guelph. Let's keep the conversation real and in community.
